Hi! I'm a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner in California. I received my Masters degree from Azusa Pacific University. I have over 7 years of work experience as a psychiatric mental health nurse. I have worked in various settings, including psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, and correctional facilities. I specialized in treating adults with mood disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorders, and providing them with supportive therapy.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I help clients identify the root cause of their challenges and create a holistic and client-centered treatment plan that leads to measurable progress.
I love working with young adults who need support in dealing with various life stressors, such as career changes, life transition adjustments, and relationship challenges. I enjoy helping clients who are eager to improve, but don't yet have the coping tools needed to make this goal a reality. The clients I enjoy working with are individuals who are motivated to make big or small changes everyday to improve their overall mental well-being.
