I received my BSN from California State University before getting further to obtaining my master's degree from Walden University and have been practicing as a nurse practitioner for 2 years. I have experience in the medical field for more than 20 years. I help individuals with mental problems get back on their feet through the use of medication management
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then I collect data. This will help me create a specific plan to generate a proper diagnosis for an accurate treatment

She was wonderful, it was my first time seeing her and she was very informative and understanding , lately my mental health has gotten very severe again so I am having to see her to be prescribe mental medication.

I researched Charlene before choosing her after some options were given to me by Grow Therapy. I saw she had high ratings. Charlene was warm and open to hearing about where I am in my medication journey. She listened to where I felt comfortable at with medications and took that into consideration when making decisions. I am looking forward to receiving medication care with Charlene Azonwu.
