Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. I help individuals to navigate the complexities of modern life, balancing responsibilities at work and home. I work with youth and adults, facing challenges related to intimacy, communication, or personal fulfillment. My ideal client can also be a parent, juggling the demands of raising children while maintaining their own well-being. Together we can explore a deeper understanding of self and emotions, desires to develop healthier coping mechanisms, build resilience, and enhance your self-esteem.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is about building rapport and an initial connection with the client. In our first session, we will talk about you and why you are seeking help, and how you feel in the present moment. I will navigate the process by asking questions to get to know you better and set individual goals for our therapeutic journey together.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My greatest strength as a therapist lies in the ability to facilitate healing and growth in clients by providing a safe, supportive, and empowering therapeutic environment. Through empathetic presence, compassionate understanding, non-judgmental acceptance, and trust-building skills, I help clients navigate their struggles, uncover their strengths, and tap into their innate resilience.

My treatment methods

Positive Psychology

Positive Psychology is the science of human flourishing, the search for satisfaction and contentment that is with everyone's reach.

Humanistic

Humanistic Psychology supports the belief that humans, as individuals, are unique beings and should be recognized and treated as such. Humanistic Psychology focuses on each individual's potential and stresses the importance of growth and self-actualization.

Existential

Existential Psychotherapy focuses on the free will, self- determination, and the search for meaning-often centering on the individual rather than on their symptoms.
