Traumatic experiences, relationship attachment woundings and the general pressure to conform to social norms during our younger years can cause us to create some truly magnificent coping strategies. Unfortunately, these strategies can be integrated into our identity long after they've stopped serving their purpose. I am passionate about supporting people reconnect with their true nature, by exploring parts work and somatic experiencing. Our past does not define us, and this work makes it possible to access the inspired, motivated, wisdom that exists in abundance underneath our conditioning.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My client would receive a warm, welcoming session - no judgement, just a conversation between two people getting to know each other. I will give you the space to open up and tell me what I need to know, I will be able to tell you how I can help you in a compassionate empathetic space.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My strengths are empathy, caring and giving a safe place for a client to open up and explore and heal whatever is bothering them.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I strive to create a comforting and accepting space where you’ll be seen, heard, and understood. Specializing in DBT, mindfulness practice and somatic work, I am passionate about helping others heal from deep attachment wounds and aim to help you became your best and most authentic self from the inside out. I have helped many clients find healing and understanding in desperate situations. I utilize integrative mind-body techniques as well as DBT and CBT in healing past traumas. Since, there is clearly a strong connection between the mind and body, I’ve found that using a holistically based approach brings about the most gentle, yet effective treatment.
