I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about helping people grow, gain clarity, and break out of patterns that no longer serve them. I work with adults navigating anxiety, identity exploration, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I take a collaborative and practical approach to therapy, combining evidence based methods like CBT with creative and personalized strategies. My goal is to make therapy not only insightful, but also engaging and applicable to your real life. I strive to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to challenge yourself, build confidence, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong foundation for our work together. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the start. During this session, I’ll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, along with any relevant background that helps me understand your experiences more fully. I may ask questions to get a clearer picture of your thoughts, emotions, patterns, and goals. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping to gain from therapy and begin identifying areas we can focus on moving forward. Just as importantly, this is an opportunity for you to get a feel for my approach and decide if we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure to share everything at once, this process moves at your pace. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better sense of direction and what working together may look like.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a space that feels both supportive and genuinely engaging. I work to balance empathy with honest, thoughtful feedback, helping clients feel understood while also being challenged to grow. I have a strong foundation in evidence based approaches like CBT, which I use to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns. At the same time, I integrate creative and personalized strategies to make therapy feel practical, relatable, and applicable to everyday life. Clients often appreciate my ability to break down complex thoughts and patterns into clear, manageable steps, making change feel more achievable. I also prioritize building a strong therapeutic connection, as I believe meaningful progress happens when clients feel both safe and empowered. My goal is not just to provide support, but to help clients develop insight, confidence, and the tools they need to navigate challenges independently.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with adults who are navigating anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions, particularly those who are striving for growth but feel stuck in unhelpful patterns or cycles. Many of my clients are driven, insightful individuals who want more out of their lives but struggle with overthinking, self doubt, or emotional disconnect. I enjoy working with clients who are open to exploring themselves on a deeper level and are ready to challenge old patterns. My approach integrates CBT with creative, personalized strategies to make therapy engaging, practical, and impactful. Together, we focus on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and creating real, sustainable change so clients can move forward with more confidence, clarity, and intention.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

In our work together, I use CBT to help you make sense of how your thoughts, feelings, and actions are connected. We’ll look at patterns that may be holding you back and build tools to help you respond in ways that feel more aligned with who you want to be.
