I am dual-certified Family nurse practitioner and Psychiatric Mental health nurse practitioner with over 10 years of experience caring for patients in variety of clinical settings including primary care and internal medicine. For more than a year, I am taking care of patients with Depression, anxiety, mood disorders, Opioid use disorder and ADHD thru Telepsychiatry. I earned Bachelors of science in nursing degree from Ramapo college, Master of science in family nurse practitioner from Rutgers University, Post-master’s certification in psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner from Wilkes university, Pennsylvania
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then get into the specific challenges you're facing. At the end of the visit, We will have treatment plan. Patient's education will be part of each appointment.
As working wide age range of clients, I learned to be empathetic , compassionate and patience, helps us to evaluate clients and understand problems. I use my analytical and critical thinking skills to help in the process of treatment plan. My main goal is to identifying the problems and tailoring the treatment plan that can give good progress
I work with individuals seeking support for depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and weight management. My clients are often motivated for change but may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. I’m best suited for those who value a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care and are open to medication management alongside lifestyle and behavioral strategies. Together, we focus on stabilizing symptoms, improving daily functioning, and helping you feel more balanced, focused, and in control of your health.
Motivational Interviewing
As PMHNP, I use motivation interview to engage patient and establish working relationship with patients, focusing on problems and goals of patient, involves patient’s own motivation to change and plan to find solutions, promote autonomy of decision making and continuing to elicit and strengthen change talk.
Integrative
As PMHNP, I will use holistic approach to treat psychiatric illnesses. I use conventional and complimentary treatment methods to help patient's psychiatric illnesses.

I very professsional, understanding, and open minded. Didn’t judge, and was very intentive during our first appointment to get a better understanding of my mental health. Provided excellent solutions. Ultimately I feel like she generally cares and will help me get my mental health back on track.
