Hi. I am Christina. Are you feeling alone? Do you feel that no one will understand or will think that you are "crazy" if you open up? Do you feel that life has gotten too overwhelming and now you don't know what to do? I support high-functioning individuals to identify, address, and overcome the issues big or small that they may be struggling with in this journey called Life. Life doesn't have to get worse before it gets better. Some of the areas that I have worked with the most have been depression, anxiety, relational issues, trauma, grief, and life transitions/changes. Together we identify what hinders you from being your best Self. We will use a whole-person approach, looking at all of the different areas of you and your life when addressing your needs and desires. Seeking therapy can evoke a variety of thoughts and feelings. You will have a safe, nonjudgemental space to explore, confront, heal, and grow throughout your process. Let's start with one conversation at a time, one step at a time.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session is treated as an assessment to determine how I can help/support you to meet your goals. We will get to know each other and discuss expectations. We will identify areas of focus and needs for improvement to develop goals for our work together. I am providing a service to you and I want to make sure that you will get the most from our work together. I am a firm believer that the healing and progress begins with our relationship. I want the individual to leave the first session feeling comfortable and confident to continue to work with me.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is my heart. I was raised and taught to live a life that spreads the energy of love, care, respect and gratitude to the people that cross my path. I am open to learning about new ideas, cultures, and beliefs. I listen and hold you as the expert and master of your life.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work well with individuals that are open-minded and want to gain insight into their mental health. Clients should be motivated to work through and talk about difficult topics when needed. I am a talk therapist, using conversations and stories to fuel our work together. I challenge you with alternative perspectives and ideas. I will ask you tough questions that you may have already thought of or maybe you have been avoiding. I incorporate some of your past into your present because we are who we are in the present because of our past. Insight and practices can promote and create growth and change.
