Hi. I am Christina. Are you feeling alone, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next? Are you struggling on this journey we call life? Life doesn't have to get worse before it gets better. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop healthier ways of coping, connecting, and moving forward. I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest, vulnerable, and heard without judgment. My approach is warm, compassionate, collaborative, and focused on the whole person. Together, we'll explore your experiences, relationships, and the areas of your life that may be influencing your current struggles and while working toward greater self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. Let's start with one conversation at a time, one step at a time.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what brings you to therapy, and identify how I can best support your goals. We'll explore your current concerns, identify areas of focus, and begin developing goals for our work together. You don't need to have everything figured out or share everything right away. We will move at a pace that feels right for you. I believe meaningful progress begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, and my goal is for you to feel heard, respected, comfortable, and confident that we can work together toward meaningful change.
My greatest strength is my heart. I was raised and taught to live life with love, compassion, respect, and gratitude, and I strive to bring those values into my work with every client. I approach each person with curiosity and openness, honoring their unique experiences, culture, beliefs, and perspective. I don't believe I am the expert on your life—You are! You know yourself and your story better than anyone else. My role is to listen without judgment, offer support and perspective, and walk alongside you as you discover the changes you want to make. My goal is for you to feel truly heard, understood, respected, and supported—not judged, defined, or told who you should be.
I work well with individuals who are open-minded, curious about themselves, and willing to explore their experiences. I am a talk therapist who believes meaningful conversations create opportunities for insight, reflection, and change. I may challenge you with alternative perspectives, ask questions that encourage deeper reflection, and gently explore things you may have been avoiding. At times, we may look at your past to better understand your present and how your experiences may have shaped the way you think, feel, behave, and relate to others. You don't need to have all the answers—you simply need to be willing to explore. Together, we'll turn insight into meaningful growth and change.

I individualize my approach to meet each client's unique needs, experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I draw from different therapeutic methods to provide the support that is most meaningful and helpful for you. I begin with a person-centered approach, giving you an active role in directing the focus of our sessions while I provide guidance, support, and clinical perspective. Depending on your needs and goals, I may incorporate approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to explore the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, as well as psychodynamic therapy to better understand how past experiences and underlying patterns may influence your current emotions, relationships, and behaviors.

She recognizes things that I don't realize is happening. She gives me positive feedback and helps me with solutions to guide me daily. She is flexible with scheduling and is helping me cope with my anxiety.
