In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration is at the heart of meaningful change. In our work together, my goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain insight, and move toward healing and growth. Our initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. You’re encouraged to ask questions about my approach, experience, and what you can expect from therapy. I’ll also take time to learn more about what brings you here and what you hope to gain from our work together. This first meeting helps us determine if we’re a good fit to continue. If we decide to move forward, we’ll establish regular weekly or biweekly sessions, tailored to your unique needs and goals. Each session is guided by who you are and what matters most to you. My approach is flexible, compassionate, and grounded in a genuine commitment to your well-being.
