Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session with me, clients can expect a welcoming and supportive environment where we’ll discuss their concerns and goals. We’ll begin with an initial assessment to better understand their mental health history, current challenges, and strengths. This helps guide the evaluation of their needs and potential treatment options. If applicable, we’ll talk about medication management, including any current medications or the possibility of exploring medication options. Additionally, we’ll start developing a therapeutic relationship, focusing on building trust and establishing a foundation for ongoing support and collaboration.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe my greatest strengths as a provider are my ability to create a compassionate and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood, my strong foundation in evidence-based practices, and my dedication to tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs. It was my first time seeking therapy. I was really nervous, embarrassed saying what I have been feeling out loud. She made me feel very welcome.
