My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I will work with you at apace that is comfortable with you and listen carefully witho9ut judgement. I would like to address the problems or issues you are struggling with and examine better strategies to deal with these areas of need. If you are experiencing a certain mood, or just feel like expressing yourself, then I certainly want to hear whatever it is; either in person, by video, email, or chatting on the phone. I want therapy to be a positive experience and I want to address your personal needs. together we can set goals and have a fluid conversation. I promise to proactively check on you at times. I will teach you new skills to deal with your past negative problems. I will be patient and listen as we go through this process together.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Families dynamics are complicated but easily managed. Everyone has a voice that needs to be heard. when there is more listening and less talking the family can hear from everyone's point of view which is key. different roles can be clarified and maintained.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

We all express ourselves differently and at a different pace. I will meet you where you are and increase your awareness and insight to proactively change old negative patterns. I have been fortunate to have great success with clients with in short periods of time.

Child Parent Psychotherapy

I have worked with kids of all ages and there parents. i work with children with all diagnoses and incorporate the schools and the parents. most kids I have seen are those with special needs.
