Hi, I'm Aquino. Do you feel stuck, like you want things to be different in your life but can't seem to make it happen? I am here to help you figure out what you want to change and how to change. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, or any other stressors such as relationship issues I am here to help you. Although seeking help can be intimidating, I don't judge you and I do my best to create a safe environment for you to share your struggles. In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, clients can expect for me to get to know them, their concerns, and their goals. Clients can also expect to experience a bit of my style of interaction to see if we are a good fit for each other.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As I shared earlier, I focus on helping people who are coming in with issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, life/work stress, and relationship issues. I have experience working with people who are experiencing low self-esteem because of a belief they have about themselves and I help them work through it and therefore, feel less depressed, less anxious, and more connected with the people in their lives. Unfortunately, I do not do any letter writing or complete any paperwork but I still hope that I can help you reach your goals so that your life feels more satisfying for you.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am particularly focused on working with ages 18+ who are experiencing depression or anxiety and don't have effective tools to manage and/or move through it. I also work with clients who are adjusting to a new change in their lives and don't know what to do with the feelings that occur.
