For as long as I can remember, I have been guided by a deep curiosity and an intuitive attunement to the inner life. Through the lens of the Enneagram Eight, softened and informed by the heart-centered wisdom of the Two, I have felt a persistent call toward creativity, advocacy, and soulful service. From an early age, I sensed a vocation to walk alongside others as they remember and embody their true nature. At twelve, I consciously answered this call as a Healer, and since then, my path has unfolded through continual inquiry, learning, and practice—expressed as an artist, a devoted companion, a counselor, and a kitchen herbalist. Each role is a living dialogue with all the parts of me, in service of integration, wholeness, and becoming.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Please know that, like you, I may feel a little nervous before our first session. I look forward to meeting you and discerning together what role this work may play in this season of your life. Before I begin asking questions, I want to hear yours and offer the information you need to decide whether you would like to invite me to this part of your healing journey. From there, we will make space for your story, honoring the visible and hidden layers of your experience: your soul's deeper wisdom, the body's knowing, the longings of the spirit, and the social realities that have shaped your sense of safety, belonging, and possibility. I trust that, together, we will come to understand whether continuing feels right. If we choose to meet again, our next tasks will be to deepen trust, clarify your hopes, and identify meaningful ways to notice and assess your growth in therapy.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I'll confess, I'm a nerd. The curious kind. I love learning, especially when it requires admitting I don't yet know something. Staying open to not knowing keeps me engaged, humble, and pleasantly surprised by what shows up next. Each year, I make a point of learning something new—not to master everything, but to stay flexible and awake to possibility. My favorite classroom is nature. They remind me that growth happens in its own time. I spend time there watching, listening, learning… and still nerding out, just with more dirt on my shoes. As a therapist, I'm curious too, in a manner that invites you to exercise curiosity, balance, hope, and love towards you and others.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who understand that I do not have a magic wand tucked behind my therapy chair! Real change cannot be forced; it unfolds through curiosity, courage, and relationship. As a depth psychotherapist, I trust the innate healing intelligence within you and walk alongside you as we listen for what the mind, body, and soul are ready to reveal, integrate, or gently release. I am especially honored to work with people who are open to learning how to trust themselves, tend to their well-being, and move beyond quick fixes toward lasting transformation.

My treatment methods

Trauma Informed Care

I will not accept the story that your healing has expired. Together, we will honor trauma's wisdom, listen for deeper meaning, and practice patience, compassion, and liberation from the systems and inner narratives that have constrained your becoming.

Culturally Sensitive Therapy

I practice cultural humility as an ongoing commitment to accountability, repair, and reflection. Together, we attend to legacy, identity, ancestry, power/privilege, and belonging, honoring both personal meaning and the social conditions that shape healing, safety, and freedom.

Somatic

As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Adv II, I listen closely to the wisdom of your body and the deeper patterns that your body expresses without words. Together, we will gently track sensation, emotion, image, and meaning, trusting your nervous system’s innate capacity to restore safety, integration, and aliveness.

Mind-body approach

I will invite you to listen deeply to the ongoing conversation between your mind, body, and spirit. Through a mind-body therapy approach, we will explore sensations, emotions, dreams, symbols, intuition, and inner wisdom, helping you discern what your mind, body, and soul may be asking of each other on the path toward healing and wholeness.

Jungian

For me, success in the therapy room happens when we (you and I) show up with enough presence and curiosity to let our authentic selves emerge, rather than performing who we think we should be.
