I work with clients to explore life stressors and develop practical tools for managing emotional distress, improve relationships, and achieve a more balanced self-perception. My journey to clinical work was shaped by my curiosity for the human experience as well as a natural desire to help others. This led me to pursue a degree in psychology and later a Master's in Social Work, developing my clinical skills through practice and licensure attainment.

Our first session will focus on getting to know you, building connections, and exploring your needs. Over time, we will work together to establish treatment goals allowing us to work towards healthy change and track progress along the way.
