I’m Sahebjit “TJ” Singh, a depth specialist in identity reconstruction and complex trauma. I work with people who are ready to stop running from the parts of themselves they have buried or avoided. We go straight to the core, the patterns that hold you back, and the truths you have been circling for years. My style is Ruthless Compassion. I name the hard truths and stay present while you face them. This is not light talk therapy. It is direct, emotionally honest, and demanding work. Many people say they want this level of depth until it becomes uncomfortable. So take a moment and be honest with yourself. If you want change but tend to back away when it gets real, it is better to keep looking. Most people do. But if you have outgrown your own avoidance and you are done letting old patterns run your life, schedule a session. Not because you feel ready, but because you finally know you cannot wait for readiness. If depth feels overwhelming, step back. If something in you knows you need this, you already know the next step. I would really recommend going to my website: SupportSpiritCounseling.com to gain insight if I am a good fit for you.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first meeting, you can expect a real conversation, not an interrogation, not a script. I'm not going to sit and ask you a bunch of questions from a packet of forms and call it a day. The first meeting is learn about your goals for therapy and if my approach and how I work is the best fit for the issues you are coming in with. I’ll ask about what brought you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, be honest, and start feeling seen in a way that leaves hopeful, motivated, and the dream of a healed self is no longer just a dream. You’ll get a sense of how I work, and more importantly, whether it feels like a good fit for both of us.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strength as a therapist is that I don’t hide behind clinical masks or jargon. I bring my full, human self into the room. I’ve lived through chaos, loss, and trauma, and I know what it means to rebuild from the rubble. That lived experience, combined with years of clinical training, allows me to meet clients in the depths of psychological and existential pain and not waver. I’m fiercely intuitive, deeply curious, and unafraid to go where most won’t, into the shadow, the stuckness, and the parts of you you’ve been afraid to face. I'm the therapist that's sits in the pain with you and says "you're going to be okay" Schedule a session, see for yourself.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
Clients dealing with: Struggle with identity and feel split, lost, or unsure who they are beneath the roles they perform for others Carry complex or layered trauma that still shows up in their reactions, relationships, and internal world Overthink, internalize, emotionally shut down, or struggle to express needs because they were conditioned to avoid vulnerability My clients are often dealing with identity confusion, complex trauma, emotional intensity, or long-standing patterns that haven’t shifted with surface-level therapy. If you’re looking for a therapist who will push you, hold you accountable, and walk with you through the discomfort of real change, then we might be a strong fit. I bring my human self into the session, I do not hide behind a professional blank face. It can feel like whiplash if you have not experienced advanced therapy work like this. IF you have not been challenged or had someone provide you blunt truth with empathy, my approach can feel INTENSE. And that’s okay! What matters most is if you are ready to sit in the fire of change and come out transformed.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
In our work together, I use an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, which is really just a way of understanding that we all have different parts of ourselves like the inner critic, the caretaker, the one that wants to give up, or the one that keeps pushing through. Each part has its own story and reason for being there, even the ones that feel heavy or hard to face. Together, we’ll get to know these parts with compassion, not judgment, so you can feel more in control, more connected to yourself, and start to heal from the inside out.
Existential
We’ll explore the big questions meaning, freedom, identity, and what really matters to you. I won’t give you pre-packaged answers, but I’ll walk with you through the uncertainty, the anxiety, and the search for purpose because sometimes the most honest work begins where certainty ends.
Jungian
I work with the deeper layers of the psyche that are around the dreams, symbols, inner figures, and unconscious patterns that influence your life in ways you might not even realize. We’ll explore these parts to bring shadow into light and help you connect with your deeper Self, not just the persona you show the world.
Strength-Based
Instead of focusing only on what's wrong, I focus on what's right like your resilience, your creativity, your ability to survive. Even when things feel broken, there are parts of you that never stopped trying. We’ll work together to build from those places.
Narrative
I see therapy as a space where we get to explore the story of your life, not just the one you’ve been told, but the one you want to tell moving forward. We’ll look at how past experiences, culture, and relationships have shaped your narrative, and begin rewriting it in a way that feels more true, empowering, and aligned with who you are becoming.

Which I could also put solution oriented; he was very warm and direct and humorous and I felt like we empathized with each other on a human-to-human basis.

Just from reading TJ’s profile I thought his style would be a good fit for me. I needed someone who was gonna tell me straight up what it is and he did just that. No BS no sugar coating just a real genuine opinion of who I am and what I need to do to make the changes I want to make.
