Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In the first session, clients can expect to have a thorough discussion about their mental health history, current concerns, and goals for treatment. I will take the time to listen carefully and gather important information to better understand their unique situation. Together, we will explore their symptoms, challenges, and any previous treatments or strategies they’ve tried. Based on this, we will begin to develop a tailored plan for care, which may include therapy, medication, or a combination of both. The session is an opportunity to build trust, ask questions, and create a foundation for ongoing support.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

As a psychiatric mental health provider, my strengths include creating a safe space where patients feel heard and understood. I provide personalized care using evidence-based treatments and consider all aspects of a patient’s life for better outcomes. I also collaborate with other healthcare providers and advocate for my patients’ well-being throughout their recovery.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am best positioned to serve individuals who are experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and other emotional or psychological concerns. My practice is well-suited for clients seeking a compassionate, collaborative approach to treatment, whether they are looking for therapy, medication management, or a combination of both. I work with individuals who value a personalized, holistic treatment plan that aligns with their unique needs, empowering them to achieve mental and emotional well-being.
