Hi there, I'm Nicole. Do you feel overwhelmed by memories of the past or just overwhelmed in general and are not sure why? Do you ever wonder if there is any hope that you can overcome the effects of past abuse, trauma, or just really hard experiences? It is possible! I would love to hear your story and be a guide to help you start facing things that may be easier to run away from. Do you feel like you are never doing enough? Do you have negative self-talk or excessive guilt? Do you feel like you are always trying to please other people? You may have a case of perfectionism. I would love to share what I know to help you overcome this kind of anxiety!
I will go through some quick business items and give you the opportunity to ask questions. I will ask you about what brought you to therapy and gather some current and past information. We will set goals and create a flexible plan to move forward together.
I use a whole self approach and aim to address problems with a mind, body, and spirit perspective. I enjoy using a Christian-based lens but welcome people of all faiths. I have training in modalities such as CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness.
I believe that everyone has inherent worth and I aim to help people see themselves more clearly. I would be honored to hear your story and see what we can accomplish together.

Nicole is truly amazing. I’ve had a few sessions with her, and she always remembers what we’ve talked about, which makes me feel really cared for. She genuinely listens and always tries to help find a solution. If something else is weighing on me, she never minds shifting the conversation and gives me the space to talk about what I need in that moment. She never feels rushed and you can tell she truly wants to hear you. She’s funny, sweet, and never judgmental.

Nicole is so refreshing, its so nice to just be able to talk about things that have been on my mind and vent about things that have happened. I can share the good and the bad and feel completely safe in that environment. I have also been able to heal from traumatic things that had affected my entire personality and become who I was before that trauma affected me negatively.
