I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I have over 30 years' experience I assist adults of all ages (18 and beyond using a collaborative process. We can work together to heal past and present conflict, emotional disturbances, and learn new coping strategies. My goal is support you in living your best life.

As a therapist for 30+ years I have become more and more compassionate towards my clients. I have an understanding of what it's like to struggle with finding peace and healing. I have gained a wealth of effective therapeutic skills to support you on your journey to living your best life.

I love working with folks who are motivated for change and healing. I work with people from all walks of life. I feel called to work with LGBTQ+ folks as a way of giving back to my community for all the support I received when I needed it most.
