I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with 11 year of professional work experience. My goal is to help individuals who are experiencing symptoms associated with anxiety and depression and having difficulty managing family/peer conflict, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where feelings can be shared without fear or judgement. It takes courage to take a step towards change and I can provide you with support and empower you in that journey.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will start with a brief introduction and then we will go over any questions or concerns that you may have. Next we will talk about the structure of our therapy sessions as well as expectations that you may have for treatment. We will also begin to talk about some of the symptoms that you have been experiencing as well as the challenges that you are facing and explore your goals for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

During my time as a therapist I have developed the ability to listen and ask questions to better identify the root cause of any of the challenges that you may be experiencing as well as dig in deeper to support you in achieving your goals.
