I am a therapist with more than 17 years of experience. I have helped clients with a wide array of mental health needs and concerns. I have extensive experience with helping clients with issues that include grief and loss, trauma, PTSD, and substance abuse among other issues. I work in a person-centered framework and have a myriad of interventions that I can use based on what a client is needing help with.
In the first session I work with clients to identify their goals and to build the therapeutic relationship.
My greatest strength as a therapist is that I view the whole person in a holistic manner, and I utilize a client centered approach to therapy and utilize techniques from different therapy models in an effort to better serve my clients with interventions based on their needs.
I am able to help any client who is looking to improve their overall mental health wellbeing and who are looking to grow in a healthy way.
