I have over ten years of experience helping people in emotional distress to find internal stability and gain tools to build more fulfilling lives. I have worked in a variety of settings providing trauma informed services and look forward to partnering with you on your journey to wellness. My therapeutic approach combines compassionate listening with practical evidence-based solutions to help you heal and regain balance in your life again. CBT helps you become aware of inaccurate or negative thinking so you can view challenging situations more clearly and respond to them more effectively.
