I’m a dual-certified nurse practitioner in psychiatry and family medicine, dedicated to providing compassionate, sensitive care. I support individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and life transitions through a Integrative approach that combines psychotherapy and medication management. My goal is to help clients heal, rediscover their identity, and reclaim a sense of peace, purpose, and emotional well-being. I'm looking forward to working with you.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, judgment-free space where we’ll explore what brings them to psychiatry and what they hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions to better understand your history, challenges, and goals. We’ll also begin identifying patterns and setting a direction for our work together. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling seen, supported, and hopeful about your healing journey.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength is creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel seen and heard. I offer compassionate, faith-sensitive care that blends therapy and medication management to help clients heal from trauma, manage mood and anxiety, and reconnect with their purpose.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I’m best positioned to serve high-functioning adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, ADHD or the lingering effects of trauma and toxic relationships. Many of my clients are women of faith who have spent years caring for others while neglecting themselves. They’re ready to heal, set boundaries, and rediscover their voice, purpose, and emotional balance in a safe, supportive space.

I am a very private, strong will individual who never ask for help so I was hesitant and cautious about this appointment. Othesha was very warm and inviting she was direct but in a comforting way and very honest with me when I had questions. She also gave me tools to work with.

She was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable opening up to her and found hope. She is middle of the road on meds meaning, she didn't just throw scripts at me but she also didn't just change everything. She was careful. I really liked her!!
