First session
In our first session we will complete a brief biopsychosocial assessment, as well as discuss any issues you may be going through that led you to seek support.
Strengths
One of my greatest strengths as an LCSW is being able to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and empathetic space. I excel at active listening and ensuring clients feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journey.
Ideal clients
As and LCSW my goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
CBT allows me to help clients identify and change patterns of thinking and behaviors that may contribute to emotional distress. CBT allows me to empower clients with practical tools to improve their well-being.
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
SFBT allows me to help clients identify and build on their strengths and resources to work toward achieving their goals. SFBT is valuable for brief, goal oriented work that uses a clients existing skills and resilience.
