Hi there, I am Jazmine. Have you been struggling with all the demands of life lately? Feeling misunderstood and/or overwhelmed? Let's talk about it. Allow me to help you function again and help you identify the root of the issue to get you back on track with the life that you want to live. Together we can identify what's not working and use your strengths to develop healthy coping mechanisms. I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and trauma. Allow me to help you with your mental health struggles. We'll use a trauma focused approach to help you meet your underlying need. In our sessions I will provide you with a self and warm space so you can feel comfortable being vulnerable and heal from the things that are holding you back in life.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can work together to make the changes you want to see. In session you will learn various coping skills to help with an array of life stressors stemming from work, family, relationships and many others. Together, we will work to develop goals for your treatment and we will address underlying needs.
Treatment methods I use include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Mindfulness to name a few.
I use my experience to create an individualized approach for each person to reach individual goals. I believe in every person’s innate power and strength for change and would love to be part of your journey. In session you can expect us working on exploring the current day to day struggles and learning various coping mechanisms to help increase interpersonal skills, Increase mindfulness, and emotion regulation skills.
