I specialize in working with humans with trauma, abuse, family and relationship issues, chronic pain, addictions, and stress from transitional stages of life. I use a trauma-informed approach to provide support and tools so that your mind and body can finally settle. It's important that I am another human in this space with you and not a brick wall. This is about you, and healing happens relationally.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session, I will ask more specifically about your experience with therapy - your likes, dislikes, your expectations! And we will explore what your therapy goals might be.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I take a collaborative approach with my clients; I want you to feel heard and empowered in this process, and I do not assume what is best for you. I am here as a gentle guide, but I will provide challenges when appropriate.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I work best with clients that want to be in therapy and want to do this deeper reflection on themselves.

My treatment methods

Attachment-based

I believe all humans are connected and find change through an attachment based lens. I like to find the patterns in relationships to help you shift what you want to shift.

Brainspotting

This is a trauma focused treatment. It is non-invasive and doesn't require you to tell your life story in order to find relief.

Somatic

I focus on what your body is signaling to us and how your mind and body are connected for holistic wellness.

Trauma Informed Care

I hold you with compassion and am trained in trauma specialities.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I teach you coping skills and how to challenge your thoughts for short term relief before we dig into deeper, more challenging topics.
