In your first session, we will have a brief introduction and review your intake which will provide a better understanding of your needs coming into therapy. I will develop a treatment plan in which will provide guidance and solutions as you continue therapy.

I integrate mindfulness and mindfulness techniques to be empathetic and understanding to yourself in the present moment. I am EMDR trained. However, I aim to tailor my interventions to my client's individual needs.
