Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I'm passionate about working with women who have experienced difficult or traumatic relationships in childhood and/or as an adult. I'm here to support you wherever you are along your healing journey. I'm licensed in both CA and AZ. I have over 10 years of experience as a Therapist and have worked with children, teens and parents, as well as adults.
In our first session together I will briefly introduce myself and answer any questions you might have about what to expect in sessions with me. We will also talk about what you want to get out of therapy.

I enjoy working with women who have experienced painful or traumatic relationships and are looking for support as they heal. My clients desire changes in the way that they relate to themself, others and if applicable, how they show up as a parent. They want to be more connected to themselves so they can be more connected with others in their lives.

Building on your strengths (even if you're not sure what they are yet!) is the foundation of everything I do in therapy sessions.
Trauma Informed Care
I ask "what happened to you?" instead of "what's wrong with you?"
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help you improve your mood by identifying unhelpful thoughts you might have and exploring new ways of thinking and behaving.

Everyone has a style of attachment (how we relate and bond with other humans) and this impacts all aspects of our lives.
