Hi! My name is Lydia Jordan, LMFT & Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies. I work with individuals hoping to improve how they feel, think, and act using compassion-focused and trauma-informed CBT, with emphasis on Eating, Mood, and Anxiety disorders. I am also sensitive to Women's Life-Span concerns (including pregnancy & perimenopause) and recovery from Religious Trauma.

I am a Diplomate of the Academy of Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies, and have extensive additional training and experience in using CBT to treat eating disorders (CBT-E,) mood disorders, thought disorders, specific phobias (PE, ERP) and personality disorders (DBT.)
