I am a marriage and family therapist with an undergraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, trauma and stress management. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma, emotional abuse and severe mental health conditions. Vani is great! She is very welcoming and approachable. I feel really calm and heard during our sessions. She always gives me new perspectives to consider and actionable suggestions. I appreciate how she also shares about her own life and circumstances she has navigated. Overall my sessions with her feel incredibly productive and have help me begin to work through past trauma and navigate obstacles I currently face with confidence.
