Hello & welcome! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) based in Southern California. I received my masters from Azusa Pacific University and have been practicing therapy since 2015. I help adults of all ages struggling with life stressors/transitions, anxiety, trauma, difficulties with interpersonal relationships; to name a few, work through & better understand these challenges, helping identify healthy coping skills. My hope is to offer support to get you in a better headspace to be able to thrive and be the best version of you.
During our first session together you can expect for us to spend the majority of our time talking about how you’ve been feeling recently, and me asking questions to better understand some of why you may be feeling that way. The first session is about us building an initial connection/rapport while helping me get a sense of where we should go from there. Each individual is different, I prefer listening to you and your story to best know how I can offer my support.
I cultivate a safe space for my clients to feel comfortable being vulnerable to open up and share anything. Whatever is on your mind & in your hearts, let's dive right in. I pride myself on my ability to listen and offer support without judgment. Having worked with adults for roughly 9 years I feel that I have a great ability to be able to assist client's in uncovering the root cause of their challenges and offer a personalized plan that leads to measurable progress/growth.
I am passionate about helping serve and work with adults who are feeling stuck & overwhelmed in their ways of operating, coping, existing, etc. My clients are open and eager to improve functioning, but may not have the necessary tools to make this goal a reality.

Eclectic
I tend to practice from an eclectic approach within therapy. Each person that I have the privilege to work along side with presents with their own unique characteristics, perspective of the world, experiences etc. To which I like to craft treatment methods to be specific for that individual client. Treatment is a collaborative approach that I hope to work closely with each client to best meet their needs.
Attachment-based
I have been using attachment based therapy throughout the duration of my career. It can assist clients with better understanding not only the attachments that they had towards/with early childhood caregivers, but also how this attachment has impacted their adult interpersonal/intimate relationships.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past five years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Taylor has been a wonderful provider. She is warm, empowering, and very compassionate. It's very easy to open up to her, something that is important to me as someone who is new to therapy. I especially appreciate her ability to empathize and understand all perspectives. If you are looking for someone to help you through a tough time in your life, or even just listen and give advice, I highly recommend Taylor.

Taylor is incredibly warm, supportive, and easy to talk to, which helped me feel comfortable right away. She listens thoughtfully and has been very helpful in offering practical solutions to some of the day-to-day challenges I've been navigating. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, supported, and a bit more grounded. I'm very grateful to be working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate therapist.

Connecting with Taylor has been extremely helpful, even if just to talk through some of the current stressors along with the main issue that has brought me to therapy. Taylor is so calm, warm, and empowering, while also being honest and direct on what is occurring, and what steps to take next. So thankful to have Taylor in my corner, helping me to process and live this stage of life in the best way possible!
