In our first tele-health visit, we’ll ease into things. I’ll start by confirming your location and making sure you’re comfortable with the virtual format. From there, we’ll talk about what led you to reach out, what you’ve been experiencing, and what you hope to change or improve. I’ll ask some background questions to help me understand the full picture, and we’ll discuss possible treatment options together. There’s no pressure to share everything at once — this is just the beginning, and we’ll take it step by step.
My biggest strengths are being optimistic, empathic, nonjudgmental, and actively listening.
