Hi! I'm a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in adult mental health, with a warm, collaborative approach to care. I work with individuals navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique goals and values. My style is supportive, warm, and down-to-earth, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered.
I know meeting with a psychiatrist can feel intimidating! My goal is to help you feel as comfortable and supported as possible. In our first session, we’ll talk about what’s been bringing you in including your symptoms, mental health history, and anything else you’d like to share about your life and experiences. From there, we’ll work together to come up with a plan that feels manageable, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. SELF-PAY PATIENTS: Please note my self-pay rates as follows: $380 for initial 60-minute psychiatric evaluation and $175 for 30-minute medication management appointments thereafter.
What I believe stands out about my approach is the emphasis I place on creating a space where patients feel genuinely heard, safe, and unrushed. I’m often told that my warmth, active listening, and presence help people feel comfortable opening up. I take the time to build trust and connection, which allows us to work collaboratively and at a pace that feels respectful and supportive.
While everyone is welcome of course, I particularly enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, and life transitions. My patients are often women, healthcare professionals, college students, and those living with chronic illness. Many of the patients I work with are high-functioning but feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. I enjoy helping patients slow down, reconnect with their needs, and move toward greater clarity, balance, and self-compassion. I also offer therapy integrated into medication appointments, which many patients find convenient and supportive. This approach allows us to address both emotional and medication-related needs in one visit, creating a more connected treatment experience.
Supportive
I use a supportive therapeutic approach to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where patients feel heard, validated, and empowered.

Dr Blondin was great. She listened, validated and was really kind during my first meeting with her.
