Welcome! I am so glad that you are here. I strive to create a comforting and accepting space where you’ll be seen, heard, and understood. I have experience working with individuals and couples across a wide array of social locations and presenting problems. Specializing in Emotionally Focused Therapy, I am passionate about helping others heal from deep attachment wounds and aim to help them connect in their relationships, both emotionally and authentically. I am currently available on Telehealth Monday through Thursday 9-5 PM. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey to finding meaning and connection in your life and in your relationships.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, person-centered space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. I work collaboratively with you, taking time to learn about your experiences, your goals, and what brings you to therapy, while moving at a pace that feels right for you. Using an emotionally focused approach, we’ll begin to gently explore emotions, patterns, and needs in a way that feels supportive and nonjudgmental, laying the foundation for safety, trust, and meaningful change.
My strengths as a therapist include being emotionally focused, attachment-based, and deeply attuned, offering a nonjudgmental, safe, and collaborative space for clients to explore their experiences. I bring warmth and authenticity into the room, balancing a soft, compassionate presence with thoughtful challenge when it’s needed to support growth. Through normalization, validation, and moments of gentle humor, I aim to create a comfortable, trusting environment where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to engage in meaningful change.
I serve a diverse population across a wide range of presenting concerns, using an emotionally focused, feminist, and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe each client is the expert of their own experience, and I collaborate closely with them to tailor goals and interventions that honor their unique identities, strengths, and contexts. This integrative framework allows therapy to be responsive, empowering, and grounded in compassion while supporting meaningful and lasting change.
