My style is warm, down-to-earth, and centered on building a safe, supportive relationship. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I strive to create a therapeutic experience where you feel genuinely seen and understood. I am Shanae Hudson, a licensed clinical social worker and the owner of Growth Explored, LLC. I work with adults who are navigating trauma, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and periods of transition that leave them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck despite their efforts to move forward.
My approach to therapy is integrative and body-informed. I draw from somatic, attachment-based, relational, narrative, and polyvagal-informed frameworks to help clients understand how past experiences shape present-day patterns. Together, we explore how stress, trauma, and relational wounds show up in the nervous system, in relationships, and in the stories you carry about yourself. Therapy is not about fixing what is broken, but about increasing awareness, choice, and compassion for the parts of you that learned to survive.
I specialize in working with individuals who have a history of emotional neglect, relational trauma, or long-term stress and who may struggle with boundaries, emotional regulation, people pleasing, or disconnection from their body. Many of my clients are thoughtful, high-functioning, and deeply self-reflective, yet find themselves exhausted by carrying too much alone.
In our work together, I offer a steady, collaborative space that moves at a pace aligned with your capacity. We focus on building internal resources, strengthening nervous system regulation, and developing practical tools that support sustainable change. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in your life, relationships, and sense of self, so that therapy becomes a supportive chapter rather than a permanent dependency.
I have spent my career serving others in various settings and find it an honor to walk alongside people on their journeys. I am a strong believer that healing and wholeness are available for every person, no matter what they have or have not experienced in their lives. It's my joy to celebrate with you and encourage you as you continue on your journey and learn new things about yourself and your resilience.
Hello, and welcome. I’m a licensed counselor with over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s emotional ups and downs. Since 2014, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from all walks of life—teens, young adults, middle-aged individuals, and older adults—through a wide range of mental health challenges including mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, psychosis, and substance use.
I’ve worked in diverse settings—from traditional in-person offices to virtual and teletherapy spaces—because I believe mental health support should be accessible and flexible. No two journeys are the same, and I strive to meet clients where they are, both literally and emotionally.
What I’ve learned through the years is that people aren’t looking for someone to “fix” them—they’re looking for someone to really listen, understand, and help guide them back to themselves. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or just not quite like yourself, my role is to help you explore those feelings safely and constructively.
My approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and practical strategies. I work with you to build tools that help manage symptoms, reduce distress, and make everyday life feel more manageable again. Most importantly, I want to help you reconnect with the routines, relationships, and goals that matter most to you.
Therapy isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. It’s about finding the courage to take that first step, and continuing to show up for yourself. If you're ready to take charge of your mental health, I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.
Hello! My name is Dee, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University and a specialized Mental Health certification from Lamar University. I have over seven years of experience Couseling in school settings with students who have special needs, as well as over two years in private practice supporting individuals and families.
In my practice, I work with clients experiencing adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and family challenges. I strive to create a compassionate, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I'm Jason Fairweather, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor, Independent Clinical Supervisor, and Wisconsin board-approved LPC supervisor. I work with adults and teens navigating trauma, anxiety, shame, guilt, stress, substance use concerns, relationship struggles, and painful patterns that feel hard to break.
My background includes more than 20 years of experience across military service, civil service, forensic work, crisis response, clinical supervision, and psychotherapy. That range of experience has shaped the way I sit with people: steady, direct, compassionate, and realistic.
My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and body-informed. That means I pay close attention to the connection between the brain, body, emotions, beliefs, relationships, and nervous system. I draw from Brainspotting, EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Polyvagal-informed therapy, psychodynamic therapy, DBT, CBT, and other approaches depending on each client's needs and goals.
If you're ever in a session with me, you will likely hear me refer to "the condition of being human." That can mean many things. But most often it refers to how many of us carry experiences that fractured something — and how we often move forward in pieces. Many of us carry survival responses that once helped us get through difficult times but now interfere with peace, connection, confidence, and daily life.
My goal is to help clients reduce shame and self-blame, understand and work through trauma responses, process what feels unresolved, and build healthier ways of relating to themselves, others, and the demands of daily life. That work looks different for everyone, but the intention is always the same: meaningful change at a pace that feels safe.
Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and free of judgment.
I listen and try to understand your situation and learn what it's like to be you. I can offer suggestions but I won't tell you what to do. I believe that my clients know what they need to do to help them heal, it might not be clear right away but after I am able to understand your problems we can work together to find solutions.
It's a big step to seek counseling and to go into therapy. I respect everyone who wants to improve their mental health and well being. It isn't easy to seek help and allow oneself to be vulnerable and share ones' experience. I have listened to thousands of people and I am delighted hear everyone's story to see how I can help.
I work with couples and individuals who are ready to feel more connected, steady, and confident in their relationships and lives. Whether you're navigating relationship strain, anxiety, depression, or a major life transition, therapy can be a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, grounded, and practical. I aim to help you feel more secure in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more aligned with the life you want to live.
I help teenagers and adults work through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health challenges that may be affecting their relationships and goals.
I have been in the mental health field for more than a decade, and have been a licensed counselor since 2021. I am passionate about working with people to achieve breakthroughs in their lives, improve their understanding of what they need and want, and improve boundaries with those around them.
Asking for help can push us outside our comfort zone, but that’s often where real growth begins. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore, heal, and grow. You don’t have to do this alone. (También hablo español.)

Hi, I’m Candace — a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Community Counseling from Lakeland University and a Bachelor’s in Sociology from UW-Stevens Point.
I’m a straightforward, no-fluff therapist who believes the best work happens when you feel safe enough to be fully yourself. My clients often tell me I’m not a “typical” therapist — and they’re right. I’m progressive, direct, sometimes sarcastic, and always focused on creating a space where you don’t have to pretend.
I work well with people who want honesty, humor, and real conversations — whether you’re dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, burnout, identity exploration, or just feeling stuck. I’m an animal lover (my dogs are basically coworkers), I have tattoos, and I’m not easily rattled. You won’t shock me, and you don’t have to filter yourself here.
If you’re looking for a therapist who keeps it real, creates a safe space, and isn’t afraid to challenge you when needed — with compassion and maybe a little dry humor — I might be a good fit.

Hello, Im Amy. Therapy in my experience, tends to be a new challenged every day. Each of us has our own unique challenges which is why in my work I like to meet people where they are at. Together, we'll explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life, the stress they create, and the ways they may be affecting your relationships, your body, and your sense of agency in life. We will look beneath the surface, pay close attention to what your nervous system may be communicating, and use the therapeutic relationship itself as a space for growth, healing, and self-discovery. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding yourself more deeply and developing a different relationship with your own mind. If something you've read here resonates with you, I encourage you to reach out.

Hello! Thanks for pausing on my profile. I'm Mary, a therapist working in Private Practice. I contract with GROW Therapy and others, to meet with people virtually, throughout Wisconsin. I've been doing this for quite some time now, maybe 25 or so years. My husband and I have a 3 year old grandson that keeps us running! We get to take care of him two days a week. The rest of the time, I devote to hiking and fishing with my mate & dog, between talking with people like you, maybe looking for an ear and heart to listen and work through situational or emotional difficulties.
Often, I see many who are having trouble with anxiety, stress, ego-strength and unresolved relationship or family issues. Anxiety is so prevalent in our society now, it's epidemic. Relationships are nearly vital for our survival. I say nearly, as many of us suffer here so much, as well.
Conflict in relationships, families, friendships, can sometimes be brutal. We all have known people that let us down; people will abandon us; people sometimes die on us; the ideal is that we all have a trusted therapist, at one time or another, with which we can work things through. When you feel you're ready, I'd like to help.
