Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I'm licensed in Florida, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Vermont, Alaska, Arizona, Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, New Mexico, Mississippi, North Carolina. I have experience working with adults and adolescents dealing with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, self-esteem, life changes and other challenges. I feel it is important for a client and therapist to work together a team.

Everyone has a story. I am a person-centered licensed professional counselor who believes in collaborative work with the client. I provide individual and couples therapy. I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) as well as emotionally focused therapy (EFT) to help my clients reach their personal goals. I also utilize existential counseling and multicultural counseling. I am available online to all adult residents of TN.
