Welcome! I'm so glad you are here. Let's take a moment and recognize that you've taken the first step towards improving your mental health, because we both know that therapy can feel daunting, yet hopeful at the same time. My name is Francina and I am here to help you on this journey. I am a licensed professional counselor and I practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. I am also a Board Certified Art Therapist; and certified yoga teacher, autism spectrum disorder specialist, and clinical trauma professional.
As an integrative therapist, I provide a safe and inviting environment that enables clients to confront challenges related to anxiety, depression, self-care, trauma, and more. I am welcoming, non judgmental, accepting, and understanding. My focus is on assisting clients in developing more satisfying, enriching lives, as they become more empowered to gain more freedom in their lives.
Therapy can promote what you truly deserve. Someone to hear you, to see you. To believe you. I listen with compassion but I don't just sit there while you talk; rather it is a conversation. If that resonates with you, I'm here whenever you feel ready to take the next step.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) specializing in Medical Family Therapy and Trauma-informed practices, I offer a supportive, culturally responsive, and nonjudgmental virtual space for individuals, couples, and families. My approach is grounded in Intergenerational Family Systems Theory, exploring how family dynamics and systemic factors shape your well-being and relationships.
I also integrate evidence-based models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support meaningful and practical change. In our first session, we’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique concerns, whether you're navigating the challenges of a blended family, coping with trauma or grief, or working through the early years of marriage.
With experience across outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential treatment, and community-based settings, I’m committed to trauma-informed care that honors cultural identity, systemic influences, and life transitions. I also warmly welcome military members, veterans, and their families who are seeking psychotherapy support. My goal is to help you identify patterns, build on strengths, and develop tools for healthier relationships and emotional resilience.
Please note that clients experiencing active suicidal or homicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance abuse or addiction, domestic violence, eating disorders or disordered eating, or those involved in any legal issues, including custody disputes, will be referred to a higher level of care or in-person therapy for appropriate, specialized support.
Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels collaborative, safe, and attuned to your lived experience.

Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As a licensed therapist, my priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is compassionate and culturally responsive, honoring your unique story and life experiences.
I work with people of all ages, but I have a special passion and training in supporting youth and families. I help children and teens navigate the ups and downs of growing up, whether it’s stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, or behavioral challenges, while also supporting parents and caregivers along the way.
No matter where you are on your journey, we’ll work together to build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create space for healing so you can find balance and well-being in your life.

Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Widener University and I have been practicing for 6 years. I support adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, and stress management. I utilized multiple therapeutic interventions based on the client's needs and treatment goals. For the past six years I have been working with individuals diagnosed with severe mental illness to support them with managing symptoms and achieving their treatment and life goals.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.

Hello, I am Kathleen.
Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward?
Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful.
Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others.
In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.
