Hi, I’m Perry (he/him) and I have over 12 years of experience supporting individuals, youth and families including extensive work in private practice, outpatient counseling, child welfare and schools. I have worked as a licensed therapist for over 5 years. I currently operate a telehealth based private practice called Clear Mind Counseling PLLC. I provide telehealth throughout Florida, Minnesota and Missouri ensuring that even rural and underserved communities can access the care they need.
I decided to become a counselor because I've always been the go to person and one that people trusted. I have a passion for helping other's and felt being a counselor would fulfill my purpose in life. I genuinely care about the wellbeing of others. I'm non-judgmental and easy to talk to. Most of all, I am simply just a person.
Hi, I’m Alyssa, a licensed clinical social worker who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and life transitions. I have over three years of experience helping clients better understand themselves, manage overwhelming emotions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical, so I focus on helping clients gain insight while also learning tools they can use in their everyday lives. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual, because no two people or journeys are the same.
I am a licensed mental health provider in California, Missouri and Texas and have helped clients with stress and anxiety, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, depression, and coping with life changes. I believe you are the expert of your story and possess many strengths that can assist you in overcoming challenges. Taking the first step toward a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage, and I am here to support you in that process.
Hi ~ I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri and Tennessee; I have been licensed for 15+ years. My focus is to help people learn how to manage anxiety and depression so as to live a more fulfilling life. I will provide resources, teach skills, and provide encouragement to help make changes. We will collaborate to make a plan for long term success.
Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with the mental health and IDD populations with over 10 years experience. I have a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling. I have a passion in helping others find creative ways to manage their feelings and emotions and stay well with learned coping skills.
I am a mom, wife, friend and therapist. I am passionate about caring for people and meeting them where they are. I use a variety of therapy modalities to care for clients and find that it's best to sit with my clients and understand their needs and goals and then come up with a plan together. I have been a therapist for 7 years and love what I do. I have my Masters in Counseling from Covenant Seminary.
I have been an LCSW for 6 years. I’ve worked in a variety of settings from child welfare to healthcare. My favorite areas of work include grief & loss, navigating medical diagnosis, and college aged individuals! I would describe my style as laid back but direct. I use a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution focused, and EMDR if appropriate.
I help people who feel overwhelmed by anger, anxiety, intrusive thoughts, shame, grief, or difficult seasons of life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they do not like: saying things they regret, replaying conversations, avoiding people, feeling like they are failing, or carrying pain that they have tried hard to keep hidden.
Before opening my private practice, I founded Coyote Hill and spent more than 33 years working with foster children, families, and people in crisis. That experience shaped the way I work now: calm, practical, honest, and compassionate. I do not believe therapy should feel mysterious or judgmental. My goal is to help you understand what is happening, why it keeps happening, and what you can begin doing differently.
One line that has stayed with me is, “We are all just walking each other home.” To me, that is part of what therapy can be: a steady place where you do not have to carry everything alone, and where we move toward clarity, healing, and the next right step. We cannot change the past, but we can work on how you respond in the present and how you move forward with more steadiness, self-respect, and hope.
Life can ask a lot of us; especially when we’re caring for someone we love, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a new chapter. I’m a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults and older adults navigating caregiving, grief, anxiety, aging, relationships, and life transitions.
You may be supporting an aging parent, a spouse, a child with ongoing needs, or another loved one while trying not to lose yourself in the process. You may be grieving someone important, anticipating a loss, adjusting to changes in your health or independence, or simply wondering what you want this next season of life to look like.
My style is warm, conversational, practical, and down-to-earth. Therapy with me isn’t about sitting in a heavy room analyzing everything that has ever happened. We’ll make space for what’s difficult, but there is also room for humor, perspective, problem-solving, and finding ways to feel more grounded, connected, and like yourself again.
My name is Dan Cooper, and I have been a licensed counselor since 2008. My path to this work was shaped early on by a year of public service with AmeriCorps, followed by time working in a transitional living program for homeless youth. Watching counselors help young people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives inspired me to pursue this work myself — and that sense of purpose has stayed with me ever since.
My approach to counseling is fundamentally collaborative. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and circumstances. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to offer an outside perspective, help you clarify what you want, and support you in taking accountable steps toward your own goals. Together, we work as a team.
I provide therapy for recovery and reconnection after trauma/PTSD for adults 18 and over. .
For example: people who have had child abuse, neglect, molestation; and or, sexual, emotional, verbal, physical abuse, domestic abuse, bullying as adults from relationships, workplaces, places of worship and from professionals.
There are many event in our life that we don't have control over and get stuck in our brain. I help that move out so you can have that space back.

Hey, I’m Amber. I’m so glad you’re here! I know sometimes it can be pretty scary searching for a therapist who helps you feel known and understood. That is the kind of therapist I strive to be. Let me share a little about myself. I’ve been working in the mental health field for over 11 years now. I worked in community mental health for 10 1/2 of those years before deciding to branch into my own private practice. I am now licensed in Illinois and Missouri. I grew up in a very conservative and religious family, even attending seminary, so I do know those beliefs well. It took me until I was 25 to be brave enough to live my authentic self as a gay individual, knowing it would cost me most of my family and friends. It hasn't been easy, but it has been worth it. It is now my desire to be the support for you that I never had as you live your own truth and tell your own story.
My name is Thomas Barhorst, and I started counseling in 2004. In addition to having a small private practice shortly after I received my Missouri license in 2007; I have worked as a K-12 school counselor, in substance use treatment, in a residential treatment setting, in a community mental health agency, helping individuals with disabilities transition into the workforce, and helping graduate students manage stress in their professional programs (i.e. medical school, dental school, etc.). Recently, I have begun providing telehealth therapy after obtaining licensure in Arizona and California.
Outside of work, spending time with family and friends is important to me. I also enjoy stories, laughing, listening to stand-up comedy, cooking, playing sports like wallyball and ultimate frisbee on a non-competitive level, watching film noir and psychological thrillers, recently had the opportunity to take my car to a racetrack, and have played bass guitar in a rock band.
Anxiety & Sleeplessness
Fear, insomnia, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we work towards increasing sleep time, decreasing panic or anxiety attacks or symptoms, fully understanding where overwhelming emotions stem from, and how to move towards being your best self.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both partners and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Trauma and Healing
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger after post-traumatic events. We work together through these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Tennessee but also licensed in Kentucky. I received my Master's Degree from the University of Louisville. I have over 25 years of experience working clients of all ages in a variety of settings. I currently focus on helping adults and adolescents with difficulties they are struggling with, so they can be the best version of themselves.
I'm the baby of 4. I believe in the power of compassion and empathy to foster healing and growth. My therapeutic philosophy centers around active listening, compassion, and trust. I strive to create a space where you feel validated, supported, and understood. My approach ensures that you are met with empathy and respect, no matter what challenges you are facing.
I am a licensed clinical professional counselor specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma. I am trained in many treatment modalities but primarily utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods. I am also trained and utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) to address PTSD and trauma. I am here to help you challenge the negative beliefs and/or thoughts holding you back and replace them with positive beliefs and motivation. I want to help you fight the battles nobody sees you fighting and give you tools to keep on fighting on those hard days.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree from Missouri State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from John Brown University. Counseling is my “second act,” following 23 years of ministry experience that prepared me for a natural transition into this profession.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Marriage and Family Therapy, Crisis and Trauma Counseling, Addictions Counseling, Group Therapy, Play Therapy, and more. I draw from multiple modalities in my practice—most often using an Internal Family Systems approach with individuals and the Gottman method with couples. I offer faith based counseling upon request.
I’m a therapist who believes in meeting you with warmth, respect, and genuine care right where you are. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be yourself, talk openly, and feel truly understood. I hope to support you in finding steadiness during difficult times, strengthening your confidence, and helping you reconnect with your own resilience so you can move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.

Because sleep quality is critical to physical and mental health I am passionate about helping people get good sleep.
I received my PhD from Duke University and have been a practicing psychologist for several decades. I work primarily with behavioral sleep medicine because sleep problems are so widespread, and there are not enough specialists to meet the need. I have published several articles and a book on sleep and am the director of the insomnia course for the World Sleep Academy, as well as a member of the Outreach and Public Education Committee, Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine. I continue working with people with anxiety, depression, and couples issues on a limited basis. The methods I use are evidence-based and trauma-informed. I am also an ordained member of the clergy (rabbi) and consider one's spirituality an important part of treatment for many, though not all, people.
I’ve practiced telehealth exclusively since early 2020. Most people appreciate working this way because of convenience. Therapy is not adversely affected, and I am even able to do hypnotherapy via telehealth.
Welcome to Serenity Counseling and Wellness. Thank you for considering my practice as part of your healing journey.
I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive space to be heard, understood, and empowered. As a dedicated therapist, I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.

I’m a Missouri-licensed therapist with 19 years of experience. My style is warm, inviting, and deeply accepting—I meet you where you are and celebrate the courage it takes to show up. I lean on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build awareness of how your life experiences shape today’s thoughts, feelings, and responses. For 15 years I’ve supported active-duty service members and their families, and I’ve also worked in schools—experiences that taught me to listen closely, honor each person’s story, and tailor care to your unique needs. I’m an ordained clergy member and can integrate a faith-based perspective when that feels meaningful for you, while also offering a safe space to process spirituality or church hurt.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals, couples, and families navigate challenges with compassion and evidence-based care. Many of the women I work with are extremely capable and successful in their careers, yet they feel frustrated that food seems to be the one area of life they cannot fully control. Emotional eating often develops as a response to stress, exhaustion, or emotional overload. In our work together we explore the deeper patterns driving these behaviors so you can develop a healthier relationship with food and feel confident in your body again. I also provide specialized coaching programs for clients who want to go deeper into transforming their relationship with food and building sustainable health habits. Using my signature Release It Now!TM 5-Step Process, I help clients heal from the inside out — restoring peace, self-worth, confidence, and emotional resilience.
When you heal the emotional roots beneath your behaviors, lasting freedom follows.

Hi, I'm **Christian Jené Williams, LPC**, a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges with compassion and authenticity. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to create meaningful change.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, play therapy, and other trauma-informed interventions. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, behavioral challenges, or simply seeking personal growth, I'm here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Welcome — this is a space where you can be honest, seen, and understood. I’m Shakea “Kea” Roper, LCSW, and I bring 15 years of clinical and life experience to our therapeutic partnership. If you’ve ever felt stuck, overwhelmed, or burdened by cycles that just won’t shift — I see you.
I specialize in helping people manage anxiety, depression, racing or intrusive thoughts, life transitions, and relational struggle. My style is active, grounded, and rooted in both compassion and challenge. Many clients say: “Kea listens like no one else — and she’s not afraid to stretch me when I need it.”
I integrate evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, Brief Therapy) along with more specialized models:
Making Sense of Your Worth (MSoYW): an 8-week group curriculum developed by HALO Project where we explore and heal the internal “lies” we believe about ourselves, rebuild toward positive self-worth and secure attachment.
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT): a structured, cognitive-behavioral system where we work through step-by-step exercises to enhance reasoning, decision-making, and a healthier identity (beyond self-destructive or impulsive patterns).
I also actively engage in community work, and I’m currently pursuing my doctorate (which continues to deepen my perspective and rigor). Outside of sessions, you’ll often find me at board game night, crafting, or spending time with family.
It’s an honor to walk alongside you. Nelson Mandela said, “Everything seems impossible until it’s done.” Let’s work together toward the possible.
I’m currently accepting clients in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Kansas, Utah, North Dakota, and Nevada.
I am passionate about providing services to those who want to take that step forward to begin their journey to healing. I’m a therapist based in Missouri who works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, self esteem, depression, and the effects of trauma. Outside of therapy, I’m a proud dog mom who loves rollerskating, music, and movement whether through dance or fitness.
Hi, I'm Jonni Allen, from Houston, Texas, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and an Advanced Mediator. I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. Through empowerment, support, and emotional development I have seen women achieve greater success in their career, higher reports of satisfaction and enjoyment from their interpersonal relationships and a genuine calm and peacefulness when enjoying their down time, allowing more time to spend on hobbies, side hustles, or causes with greater vigor and passion.
I approach individual therapy as a partnership, where you and I both work on your treatment plan goals and checking in with how effective our work together is going. Each person is unique and has specific needs. Typically, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to challenge your current assumptions about your situation.
I specialize in people experiencing anxiety, adjustment concerns around life transitions, and personality disorders. I am trauma informed and can help you realize how past traumas are impacting your mental health today, and strategies to cope better and calm the mind and body.
I am a single mom to three children one adult, and two elementary age.

I enjoy supporting women, caregivers, individuals during pregnancy and postpartum, and people from historically marginalized and oppressed communities. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or facing a major life transition, you don't have to face it alone.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and holistic. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help guide and support you as we work toward your goals together. We'll identify your strengths, explore the challenges you're experiencing, and

I believe healing is possible, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients as they move toward greater hope, wellness, and fulfillment.
