Hi! I'm Katie, a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. I enjoy working with people to overcome trauma and other challenges in life; to encourage growth, and realize their strengths. We, as humans, are resilient we often just need someone in our own corner to help us see our own growth and strengths to become the best version of oneself possible!
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck? You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I’m Henry Smith, LICSW, a licensed therapist who works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. I also bring extensive experience in crisis intervention and supporting individuals through periods of significant emotional distress.
I provide evidence-based, culturally responsive virtual therapy tailored to your individual needs and goals. My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative, helping you better understand patterns, develop effective coping skills, strengthen relationships, manage difficult emotions, and build resilience. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful change, greater confidence, and lasting emotional well-being.
I am Tara, a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a solid academic foundation in Communication and Social Work. I've worked with all types of people from across the globe. My therapeutic ethos revolves around empowering individuals through life's transitions, fostering growth, and igniting personal revolutions through psychotherapy. It is incredibly important to me that each person I meet walks away feeling heard and that they are one step closer to their life goal.
I know how lonely it feels when emotions are overwhelming, relationships are tough, or family conflict leaves you stuck. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself.
Whether you want to build self-esteem, practice being assertive, navigate relationship issues, or deal with feeling misunderstood, I am here to help. I warmly welcome people from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has struggled to find a therapist they can relate to.
We will work as a team to build stronger connections, break painful cycles, and create practical tools so you can live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Greetings! I look forward to helping adult individuals and couples with a variety of issues. When life feels overwhelming, unmanageable, or just unenjoyable, getting out of bed in the morning can be hard. Going to work, interacting with family or friends, and looking forward to tomorrow can feel like torture. When in this dark spot, making decisions can seem impossible and life is just a daily grind with no enjoyment in site. Whatever the situation, this may be your present, but it does not have to be your future. Help is a phone call away. (EMDR in-office only)

Since earning my Master's in Social Work in 2016, I've dedicated my career to supporting individuals through life's challenges. My journey has taken me from child protective services and a mental health hospital in Colorado, to working with individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, and serving as a school social worker across all grade levels. Now, in Georgia, I balance my private practice with working as a clinician at a crisis center, helping those in mental health emergencies. My passion lies in guiding teenagers, adolescents, and young adults through life's transitions—whether it's school, work, or relationships—and helping them find their path forward.
I am a licensed therapist practicing in Florida, Colorado, and Nevada, with seven years of experience. I specialize in guiding individuals who are ready to embrace the inner work needed to heal patterns that no longer serve them. My goal is to support your journey toward growth, self-awareness, and lasting transformation. My lived experience and clinical expertise allow me to connect authentically with clients, fostering a safe and nonjudgmental space for growth and healing.
My name is Romy Rodriguez and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have worked with various populations with mental health and substance abuse struggles. I also provided Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to adolescents and their families who were living in homeless shelters and were in the court system. I have also worked with women with Post-Partum depression and struggling with substance abuse. Two of the modalities that I work with are Brainspotting and EMDR. Brainspotting focuses on identifying specific eye positions (“brainspots”) that connect to unprocessed material in the brain. By maintaining focused attention on these spots, clients are able to access, process, and resolve underlying issues at a deeper neurological level. This approach is especially effective for trauma, anxiety, and emotional regulation, allowing for profound healing in a safe, attuned, and client-centered space. I also specialize in EMDR. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help clients process and heal from trauma, distressing memories, and negative beliefs. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I guide clients through structured phases that use bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements) to help the brain reprocess stuck or overwhelming experiences. This allows painful memories to lose their intensity and supports the development of more adaptive, empowering beliefs. EMDR is highly effective for trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges, offering deep and lasting relief in a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment.

My path to becoming a mental health provider began with a deep curiosity about the human experience and a genuine desire to help others find meaning and healing in their lives. These early experiences inspired me to learn more about how we cope, grow, and ultimately thrive, even in the face of adversity. I realized that being a provider would allow me to walk alongside others as they navigate their unique paths, offering guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based tools to support their goals. What truly motivates me is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth and transformation. Hi there! I’m Stephanie! I’m passionate about creating a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable being themselves, sharing what they’re experiencing, and working toward meaningful change.
I primarily work with teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, academic stress, sports performance, peer relationships, family dynamics, self-esteem, motivation, and the many transitions that come with growing into adulthood. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and personalized; not like a one-size-fits-all approach.
My goal is to meet each client where they are while helping them better understand themselves, build confidence, develop practical coping skills, and feel more capable of handling life’s challenges. I use a combination of CBT, solution-focused, person-centered, and motivational interviewing approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m here to help you take that next step.
Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication.
My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next.
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life.
Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.

I am currently licensed to practice in Florida, Maine, Virginia, Arizona, California, Kansas, Vermont, Maryland, and Colorado. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges, I provide a supportive space to help you find balance, clarity, and emotional well-being.

Beyond individual therapy, I actively engage in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health and addiction. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and identity questions. My style blends depth-oriented therapy — exploring the deeper patterns and stories that shape you — with practical, evidence-based tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I spent nine years on the Boulder Crisis Team, providing psychiatric evaluations in ERs, jails, and walk-in clinics, which taught me how to stay calm and effective in moments of distress. In our work together, we’ll use both insight and skills — helping you understand the roots of your struggle while learning concrete ways to regulate emotions, change unhelpful patterns, and create a more meaningful, resilient life.

My passion is to support those who are navigating emotions related to their current experiences and their hopes for the future. My specialty has been working with women, mothers and young families. I have a lot of experience with navigating systems that provide support to people with developmental disabilities as well, from ages 0-8.
