I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with 9 years of experience. My clinical experience is working with individuals who are dealing with cancer and chronic illness, both from a personal and clinical perspective. I have successfully helped clients navigate through challenges such as anxiety, depression, and OCD. I enjoy the creative collaborative process of utilizing Exposures and Response Prevention with my clients. Clients learn somatic techniques to help with anxiety and OCD. I am also trained in EMDR which helps reprocess triggering or traumatic thoughts. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and ultimately find healing and growth.
Hi, I’m Alexa Eguchi Diaz, LMFT. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about supporting individuals through recovery, mental health challenges, relationship difficulties, trauma, and meaningful life transitions. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to be vulnerable, and encouraged enough to grow. My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in attachment-based, psychodynamic, trauma-informed, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I believe our thoughts, emotions, experiences, and relationships all influence the ways we cope and move through life. In our work together, we may explore the deeper patterns that have shaped how you see yourself and relate to others while also developing practical tools to help you navigate challenges in the present. I believe meaningful change involves both understanding yourself more deeply and practicing new ways of responding. I especially enjoy working with individuals who feel stuck in patterns they understand but have difficulty changing, are navigating recovery, or are experiencing challenges with relationships, boundaries, self-trust, or major life changes. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My role is not to tell you who you should be or what choices you should make. Instead, I want to help you better understand yourself, identify what matters most to you, and feel more confident in creating a life that feels authentic, connected, and sustainable.
I'm Claudine and I'm looking forward to working with clients who are seeking a positive therapeutic relationship. I'm compassion focused while still pushing clients to do their best and meet their goals. Psycho education is big part of what I include in sessions to help clients understand how the process of therapy works and how my interventions can help you.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can arise throughout life. I have worked in outpatient settings since becoming a therapist in 2022 and have developed an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy that is adaptable to each client’s unique needs.
I believe therapy is a client-centered process, and I value taking the time to get to know each person, understand their goals, and create a space where they feel heard and supported. I recognize that therapy is a complex and vulnerable experience, and that life continues to happen alongside the work we do in therapy. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them remain connected to the goals they are working toward.
I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I may incorporate when appropriate.
I know that finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I recognize that I may not be the right fit for everyone. I am committed to helping clients feel supported in finding an approach and therapist that best meets their needs. Ultimately, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore their feelings, patterns, and relationships while developing greater understanding and meaningful tools for navigating life.

My name is Jeffrey Yeom, and I'm a 1.5-generation Korean-American therapist. I believe one of our deepest human needs is to understand and to be understood. That's why I do this work: to help you realize you don't have to navigate life alone. My practice centers on decolonizing mental health, which means freeing you from values imposed by dominant culture so you can reconnect with what truly matters to you. I take time to learn your background, identity, and cultural world, then weave that understanding into rituals, traditions, and self-care practices that honor who you are. Together, we'll explore the emotions that point toward your truest values and gently rewrite patterns that no longer serve you. I work from an emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approach. In my sessions, I invite you to show up exactly as you are. We'll explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped you with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. If you're looking for a space where your whole story can belong, I hope you reach out. Many of my clients carry stories shaped by migration, acculturation, or family expectations. You're not alone in navigating these.
As a clinical social worker I've had the opportunity to work with folks who are in all stages of life. I work with individuals facing struggles with: depression, anxiety, family and interpersonal conflict, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and enhancing self-awareness. I prefer to provide one-on-one therapy rather than couples' work, and enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages. My current work leans upon on the theoretical frameworks of: cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), client-centered, and solution focused therapies.
I can assist you to develop healthy coping strategies through self-evaluation, skill building, self- acceptance and healing from abuse. Achieving a healthier approach to the way you think, make decisions, and relate to others can help clear a way to the path you want to take!
Hi! I'm Karen. I'm an LMFT in private practice for 10 years and a Psychiatric/Geriatric Registered Nurse of 34 years. I'm retired from the Army and the VA, including a deployment in 1991 for Desert Shield/Storm. I provide care via Telehealth and my practice is a mixture of different tools and techniques according to what I determine, with your help, is the best fit for you at the time. I'm a fan of complimentary medicine, which uses creative tools and techniques to add extra value and interest to your care (Cinematherapy, Bibliotherapy, Animal Assisted Therapy- live and robotic, to name a few).
My ideal client is someone coping with anything from daily stressors to severe mental illness—feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or simply stuck. They may be navigating complex relationships, the aftereffects of trauma, or struggling with symptoms that disrupt their sense of self. What they share is a hope for change, a desire for clarity, and the drive to find new ways forward—whether that's healing, understanding themselves, or just feeling “okay” again.
As a seasoned therapist with advanced NMT training and a passion for innovation, I use a person-centered, solution-focused approach, blending therapeutic modalities to fit your unique needs. Fluent in English, Tagalog, and conversational Mandarin, I provide support that is compassionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.

I'm glad to cross paths with you as you're thinking about taking the next steps towards your own mental health journey. Asking for help is the strongest and most courageous thing we can do.

Hi there, I'm Edward, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a diverse background in my years working in the mental health field which includes having two Masters in Social Work and Criminal Justice. I have worked with families, individuals, and couples, with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, thought disorders, and emotional disturbances. I have worked in a variety of different settings that have helped me develop a unique skill set in addressing overall mental health. Some examples include outpatient/inpatient care, hospice, the prison system, and the education system.
My approach is collaborative and I strive to make my patients feel understood and heard throughout the process. I often explain to them that even though I may be the professional, they are the professionals of their own lives and it's just an honor to play a small part in supporting them.
Isabel is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. She provides compassionate, culturally responsive therapy to children, adults, and families, with a strong background in crisis intervention and supporting clients through life’s most challenging moments. Welcome, my name is Kiran and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW #28451) with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in and provide mental health support to people dealing with fertility issues, pregnancy, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, postpartum depression, and postpartum anxiety. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2002.
In 2005, I started working on the maternal-child health floor in a hospital setting where I was able to help patients experiencing grief, loss, postpartum depression, and medical trauma. My passion truly lies in working with individuals going through their journeys and challenges in pregnancy, childbirth, any type of loss, adoptions, or surrogacies.
In 2019, I struggled with my own loss of losing my father and felt it was the right time to move on from the medical field in the hospital setting to a smaller medical setting. Working as a preceptor in this new smaller medical setting, I quickly realized that this was not my calling as I began to miss working with the perinatal population. Soon after, I was given an opportunity to provide mental health therapy to the perinatal population and I believe this remains my calling.
I am of Asian descent and love learning about everyone's family histories, cultures, foods, etc.
Life can be overwhelming, and healing is never one-size-fits-all. I meet you where you are with deep empathy and zero judgment, while bringing genuine teamwork and mutual accountability to our work. Drawing from my background in endurance running and competitive powerlifting, I view therapy much like training: lasting change takes patience, consistency, and active practice.
With experience across community mental health and school settings, I provide strengths-based, evidence-driven care for adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. Together, we’ll gain better understanding of our patterns and build practical strategies to help you navigate life’s transitions with confidence and resilience.
25 years experience. I see everybody and I love kids. My approach is psychodynamic rather than cognitive behavioral. Glad to explain the difference to you if you don’t know those terms. I generally see people over a period of at least a few years. And former patients say that they appreciate the results we get.

Therapeutically, I have gravitated towards solution-focused therapy blended with acceptance and commitment therapeutic work, mainly because of the drive I have to maintain hope for others, ingrained in me from my fire service career.

Hello. My name is Ana and I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (128445), in the beautiful state of California. I have been in the counseling and social work field for 25+ yrs. Simply stated, I was born to do therapy, it is a gift and an honor. I am a safe, trusting and caring person, that is able to connect with a diversity of people, especially those that struggle with feelings of inadequacy. I have worked with children, teens, elderly, foster care, gang members and most recently, death row inmates in prison.
I have found through many of those experiences that emotional pain, feeling alone and having anxiety or depression, is common and universal. However, I also know that the desire to live a deeper, peaceful and meaningful life can also be a driving force. I too have done much of that internal work and reflection in my life. I have learned that it is OK to be just me, no longer fearing to live the life that I have earned and deserve. I would love the same for you.
I am extremely passionate about empowering individuals and therapists/associates to heal and live their best, most authentic lives. I strongly believe that each and every individual, regardless of background, ability, or beliefs, should have a safe space where they can feel comfortable being their true self. I know that sitting across from someone with similar experiences can help to build trust and promote connection, and am therefore deeply committed to holding space for womxn and people of color.

I 'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with ten years of experience working in the rural communities in the Central Valley. I am passionate about empowering individuals and working together as it relates to grief, loss, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and shame.
If you are ready to take this next step in improving your wellness, then I am here to help you on your journey.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nine years of experience treating depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, life transitions, and long-standing patterns in how people relate to themselves and others. I see mental health as the ability to perceive reality accurately, including the differences between yourself and others, and to respond to it effectively. I tailor my approach to your needs, whether that's practical life challenges, rigid thought patterns, or emotional pain held in the body after trauma. I also help you untangle enmeshed family relationships: recognizing where your own feelings and needs end and others' begin, and setting boundaries without guilt. I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and psychodynamic theory. Effective therapy, in my view, means both challenging the thinking and relational patterns that keep you stuck and learning to understand and regulate the emotions underneath them.
My values as a therapist include openness, non-judgment, empathy, cultural humility, strength based, and unconditional positive regard. My approach is integrative and centers the needs of my clients; I utilize active interventions involving cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, solution focused-therapy, motivational interviewing, grief and loss, to name a few. I aspire to cultivate a trusting, safe and empowering space for the people I serve. I place a lot of emphasis on building a therapeutic relationship with patients that allows for authentic self-expression.

My ultimate goal as a therapist is to empower my clients to make meaningful changes in their lives, improve their relationships, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. If you are seeking support in navigating life's challenges and improving your mental health and well-being, I would be honored to work with you.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes therapy should feel human, comfortable, and genuinely useful. My style is warm, conversational, supportive, and direct when needed. I work with people navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and those times when life simply feels overwhelming. I use humor when appropriate and want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are—without having to have everything figured out first.
Fifteen+ years go, I began my journey as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Since my start in the field, I have worked within substance abuse residential facilities, Drug Court, intensive in-home behavioral services, military families, and private practice with children, adults, and couples. I have provided support across a variety of populations over the years addressing anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent and immigrant and refugee populations. These experiences have shaped my therapeutic lens and the understanding of how larger systems like health, education, and economic status attribute to mental health challenges.
The education and training I received aligned with my belief that mental health and wellness challenges are not developed solely through chemical and psychological disruptions, but are also an outcome of the systems and relationships that have shaped us and those we are currently in. From that perspective, my approach to therapy begins in exploring attachment. One's attachment style as developed in their childhood can trace relationship patterns as well as one's worldview identifying keys to distress. The way we seek comfort in distress impact not only our intimate relationships, but our work life and economic choices.
Oftentimes, therapeutic progress has neglected how intricately interwoven are the body, soul, and spirit. Intersecting all three in sessions, I endeavor to proactively support individuals in developing their wellness lifestyle in order to be best informed when future barriers and areas of stuck-ness in life occur. I believe in the power of unveiling one's authentic self and harnessing their inherent strengths to achieve personal and professional fulfillment.
Hi I'm Shawn! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I'm warm, funny, compassionate, and a genuine therapist who believes you should be able to feel comfortable being your authentic self in therapy. I bring a gentle yet direct approach to our work- I'll listen without judgment, while also helping you recognize patterns, challenge what may be holding you back, and move toward the life you want.
It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together.
Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings.
I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens.
I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke! I am certified in treating perinatal mental health disorders (PMH-C)

Hi and welcome! I’m Krista Hebert, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Southern California. I earned my bachelor’s degree from Cal State Long Beach and my master’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin. I have worked with at-risk youth, children and adolescents, parents, and people with disabilities. I’ve worked across a range of settings but predominantly in school-based mental health. After having a baby, I took about a year off work and I’m excited to return to my passion of providing meaningful therapy in the Telehealth setting.
I’m so glad you’re here and taking the next step into finding healing, insight and growth.
Are you feeling stuck, disconnected in your relationships, or noticing patterns that you don’t fully understand? You may be wanting to explore deeper—unpacking core beliefs or unresolved experiences that are impacting how you relate to others and to yourself. This process of gaining insight and gently challenging those patterns can be a meaningful step toward healing and growth.
