I am licensed by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT102398) and work in private practice. At this time, I only do telehealth through Zoom. I received my clinical training from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, San Francisco, where I also earned a Master’s degree in counseling psychology. I am passionate about helping people become their absolute best.
My goal is to provide compassionate, culturally sensitive counseling.I can provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive space as you navigate through your personal experiences. Whether you are seeking help with depression, anxiety, feeling stuck in your life, or even traumatic situations from your past, I can help. I can also provide guidance on family or relationship challenges, as well as on concerns specific to young adults. Remember: You are not alone, and there is always hope.
I approach therapy in a holistic way: Meaning that I am interested in a person's entire well-being rather than just focusing on the problems they bring into therapy. I also use a mix of therapy styles that allows me to flexibly work with each client based on their unique, individual needs and goals.
