Hi! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),based in NJ and have been practicing therapy for the past six years. I believe therapy is a space where your voice deserves to be heard, honored, and understood. My approach is warm, culturally aware, and grounded in genuine curiosity about who you are and what has shaped your story. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy learning about different cultures, getting lost in a good book, and unwinding with a great show—things that help me stay grounded and connected. I bring that same openness and presence into my work with clients.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but our first session is simply a conversation. We’ll talk about what’s been weighing on you, explore the symptoms or challenges you’ve been experiencing, and gently unpack what led you to seek support at this time. I promise it won’t feel like a test or an interrogation—just a thoughtful discussion with a caring person who’s ready to listen and help. You set the pace, and we’ll move forward together.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a trained trauma professional and have specialized experience in women’s mental health. I’m also currently working toward certification in reproductive mental health, deepening my ability to support women navigating fertility challenges and other reproductive concerns. My work is rooted in trauma-informed care, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices. I strive to create a space where you feel emotionally safe, empowered, and supported—not judged or rushed. Together, we’ll work to understand patterns, build coping tools, and help you reconnect with your strengths.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is a woman navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, infertility, or PCOS while feeling the pressure to hold it all together. She’s ready for deeper, more meaningful support, not just quick fixes. She values a warm, personalized therapy experience and is open to investing in lasting healing, growth, and feeling more like herself again, without the constant overwhelm or self-doubt.

My treatment methods

Integrative

Rather than adhering to a single theoretical framework, I believe each individual has unique needs and circumstances requiring a flexible and customized treatment approach. As an integrative therapist, I approach therapy as a dynamic and collaborative process that adapts to the client's specific issues and goals.

Trauma Informed Care

By utilizing a trauma-informed approach, I help clients look at how past experiences can shape how we feel, think, and respond today. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and in control of your healing process. Together, we will move at your pace—focusing on building trust, understanding your story, and finding ways to feel more grounded and empowered. I believe healing happens when you feel seen and supported, not rushed or pressured.

Supportive

I also use supportive therapy to help clients manage life’s challenges and strengthen their sense of self. I provide a space to talk things through, gain perspective, and find encouragement when things feel heavy. My approach is collaborative and compassionate—I’ll meet you where you are, offer insight when helpful, and help you build on your own strengths to move toward the changes you want to see.
