I feel comfortable treating most challenges from depression, anxiety, depression, bipolar, to psychotic disorders. My communication style I feel strongly about communicating directly with my clients. I feel it is a disservice to not be upfront with my client. I and a good listener and a problem solver. My journey to mental healthcare I love this work. I have been a soldier, a police officer, and now a therapist. I have been doing this work for 20 years and it gives me great satisfaction knowing that I can help others and help them to reach their personal goals and become the best versions of themselves. My goals for you I like to start with setting a couple of small attainable goals the client can achieve in the short term while setting one long-term goal to strive for during the process. I feel small attainable goals are important for my clients because it allows them to feel successful and strive towards the bigger goals we have set forth.
