Strengths
My greatest strengths lie in creating a warm, authentic, and collaborative space where clients feel deeply seen and supported. I combine clinical expertise with intuitive understanding—drawing from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care—to help clients gain clarity, build emotional resilience, and experience meaningful, sustainable growth.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are individuals who are ready to engage in meaningful self-exploration and take an active role in their healing process. I work best with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions who are open to integrating mind-body awareness, evidence-based tools, and compassionate insight to create lasting change and a deeper sense of well-being.
Treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I have experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe maladaptive thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, depression, and stress. In my practice, I integrate CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and exposure exercises to promote insight, emotional regulation, and lasting behavioral change.
Motivational Interviewing
I use Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients explore and resolve ambivalence by eliciting their own motivations for change in a supportive, nonjudgmental way. Through reflective listening and collaborative goal-setting, I empower clients to strengthen their confidence and commitment toward positive behavioral and emotional growth.
Mind-body approach
I incorporate a mind-body approach that recognizes the deep connection between physical sensations, emotional states, and mental health. By integrating techniques such as mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness, I help clients regulate their nervous systems and cultivate greater balance and resilience.
