Hi There I'm Ashley! Welcome, I'm so happy you have made the decision to dedicate time to your mental health journey! I understand first-hand how overwhelming the symptoms of anxiety and depression can become. When these symptoms begin to affect your everyday life it is absolutely time to reach out for a helping hand to navigate your journey, you are in the right place! Our world can sometimes feel like it's moving too fast with too many obstacles to overcome. So often we forget to pause, breathe, and take time to show ourselves the love and compassion we so deeply deserve. Together we devote an hour weekly, biweekly, or monthly to devote exclusively to you! I love helping people overcome their perceived obstacles and find the spark that ignites them! I look forward to working together to identify the root source of the challenges you are experiencing along with helping you to find the solution-focused strategies best for you to begin to take back your life!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our work together we will focus on building a trusting therapeutic space where you can begin to safely unpack the route causes and triggers of your mental health symptoms. I will support you in learning and using solution-focused action-oriented tools that you can use in real-time to begin to find joy in your life again!

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I am trained in both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am additionally a registered dance and movement therapist and a certified yoga instructor. I utilize both my clinical and action-oriented training to approach your treatment from a holistic perspective treating each person as the unique individual they are.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I love building meaningful lasting relationships with the individuals I work with. I pride myself on meeting individuals where they are and forming connections quickly. The best part of my job is getting to meet unique people and helping them to discover their own inner beauty and joy so they can share their light with others.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I would like to primarily focus on high functioning adolecent and adults with depression and anxiety symptoms who are motivated to participate in treatment and be active particiapnts in their care. I have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities as well and would be willing to work with those indivdiuals on learning life skills and independence. I also have some experience working with indivdiuals with cluster B personality disorders and substance use.
