In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions, then get into the specific challenges you’re facing.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My work is more than a career—it’s a heartfelt mission to help others heal, grow, and thrive. For over 18 years, I’ve been dedicated to making a difference in the mental health field, with 10 of those years focused on providing therapy. This journey has shaped my approach to care, allowing me to connect deeply with clients and offer a space where they feel truly seen and heard. Transparency and compassionate listening is at the core of everything I do, and I strive to create meaningful lasting impacts in the lives of those I work with.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with individuals from all walks of life who finds themselves at a crossroads of a life experience. My clients are eager to have a safe space to feel better but don’t have the tools needed to embrace their strength within. They often feel stuck and anxious about the future and/or depressed about the past.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT help clients challenge re-occurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT techniques will be appropriately incorporated to recognize how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors work together. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed out.

Attachment-based

Early childhood experiences with caregivers influence how people form relationships, manage emotions and cope with stress. Attachment based therapy helps individuals explore and heal attachments wounds that may contribute to a break down in the relationship.
