My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

the ACT method involves acknowledging and embracing the full range of your thoughts and emotions rather than trying to avoid, deny, or alter them.

Relational

Relational Therapy takes into account the ways in which social and familial factors relate to the relationships in a person’s life. This means that the relationship between us as provider and client is the most important ingredient to success in therapy.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This method utilizes the cognitive model to build awareness of how our thinking influences our emotions and in turn our behaviors. It is a structured, goal-oriented type of talk therapy. It can help manage mental health conditions, such as depression and anxiety, and emotional concerns, such as coping with grief or stress.
