I am an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is passionate about assisting others to become the best version of themselves by providing a judgment-free space to allow the processing of difficult emotions and exploration of challenges in order to attain personal goals. I have a deeply compassionate spirit and feel privileged to assist people as they face life’s challenges and transitions. Through a strengths-based, trauma-informed, person-centered and solutions-focused approach, I strive to work with clients to establish realistic and attainable goals. I have experience working with a diverse population of clients including children, teens and adults, focusing on a variety of mental health needs including trauma, substance use, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and more. I am passionate about taking an integrative approach using CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed, experiential and person-centered techniques to EMPOWER clients with a personalized and collaborative approach to assist in reaching goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children and our dog. I love baking, crafting, and spending time in nature.

I believe in tailoring the session to meet the needs of the client. I use a variety of different tools, skills and modalities to find what works best in order to promote personal growth.
