I have a deeply compassionate spirit and feel privileged to assist people as they face life’s challenges and transitions. I have experience working with a diverse population of clients including children, teens and adults, focusing on a variety of mental health needs including trauma, substance use, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and more. I am passionate about taking an integrative approach using CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing and trauma-informed, experiential and person-centered techniques to EMPOWER clients with a personalized and collaborative approach to assist in reaching goals. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my children and our dog. I love baking, crafting, and spending time in nature.
First session
Clients can expect to have a safe judgment-free space to share their experiences and process emotions. Clients will learn skills to assit them in building better relationships with themselves and others.
