Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master's Degree from California State University Dominguez Hills. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I love to help children and adults who struggle with depression and anxiety.
The first session will start with a brief introduction, dive into specific challenges, and create a treatment plan to work through in the follow-up session.
I have dedicated more than a decade to supporting clients who have undergone traumatic experiences. I possess a strong ability to connect with individuals and am undeniably inclined towards fostering meaningful relationships.

My experience also includes mental health services for children, adults, and families who are victims of crime under the California Victim Compensation Program. This includes victims of domestic violence, adult/child assault, and sexual assault/abuse. I also provide in-home therapy for victims of crime, & homebound patients & their families. My approach is collaborative. We will work together to increase insight, change beliefs you have about yourself, others, & the world to produce positive, lasting change.
