Hi, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master's Degree from California State University Dominguez Hills. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I love to help children and adults who struggle with depression and anxiety.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session will start with a brief introduction, dive into specific challenges, and create a treatment plan to work through in the follow-up session.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have dedicated more than a decade to supporting clients who have undergone traumatic experiences. I possess a strong ability to connect with individuals and am undeniably inclined towards fostering meaningful relationships.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with children and adults who feel struck, overwhelmed and anxious about any aspect of their lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I help clients re-focus quickly and find ways to gain awareness, improve outlook, and enhance healing so they can get on with their lives in the best, most constructive and positive way. I specialize in helping people solve problems and build new skills. I am interested in helping you get better and stay better, not just feel better temporarily. Discover tools you can implement once you leave our session. Together we can find your internal resources for change and growth. My experience also includes mental health services for children, adults, and families who are victims of crime under the California Victim Compensation Program. This includes victims of domestic violence, adult/child assault, and sexual assault/abuse. I also provide in-home therapy for victims of crime, & homebound patients & their families. My approach is collaborative. We will work together to increase insight, change beliefs you have about yourself, others, & the world to produce positive, lasting change.
