Hi there, I'm Natalie. Sometimes life can get overwhelming and we need a little extra help along the way. I am a compassionate and skilled therapist with extensive experience. I help those who are experiencing pet loss, grief, compassion fatigue, burnout, and anxiety I help high performers manage anxiety and avoid burnout. Together, we can identify coping skills and navigate the difficulties of life, work, caregiving, and grief. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice.
