Compassion Focused
I have experience with compassion-focused treatment for people with mental health problems that involves guided visualizations, compassionate imagery, and other techniques to break the routine of self-criticism and improve emotional regulation. This method is used in my practice to help my patients learn the key skills required to develop the key aspects and attributes of compassion, i.e., care for well-being, sensitivity, distress tolerance, empathy, and non-judgment attitudes towards oneself.

She is very helpful and understanding of my elderly mother's mental health needs. A very good fit for her. She has helped my mother feel better and she cares that she is on the right track, and we see a big improvement with my mother.
