I help clients untangle the deeper emotional patterns that keep them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented—I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to shift long-held patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or other challenges, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and strength.
In our first session, clients can expect a warm, welcoming space where we begin to explore what’s bringing them to therapy and what they’re hoping will feel different. I’ll ask some thoughtful questions to understand their history, current challenges, and emotional landscape—at a pace that feels safe and respectful. This is also a chance for them to get a feel for how I work and ask any questions they may have. Most importantly, the first session is about beginning to build a sense of connection, safety, and trust—because I believe real healing starts there.
One of my greatest strengths as a provider is my ability to create a grounded, compassionate space where clients feel seen and heard—often in ways they haven’t experienced before. I bring a strong intuitive presence, balanced with clinical insight, which helps clients gently uncover the emotional roots of their struggles and begin to shift long-standing patterns. I’m especially attuned to the unspoken—the nervous system responses, inner narratives, and early relational dynamics that shape how we move through the world—and my intention is to help clients make meaning of those experiences.
I’m best positioned to support clients who are insightful, self-aware, and often the "strong one" —yet find themselves emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, or carrying an invisible weight they don’t quite understand. Many of my clients have a history of over-functioning, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for others’ emotions, and they’re ready to turn that care inward. They’re often navigating anxiety, perfectionism, grief, or the long echo of childhood dynamics, and they’re looking for a therapist who can hold space for both their pain and their potential.
I have practiced for 14 years in a medical setting, and I have witnessed the profound impact that chronic stress has on our overall health and well-being. I use body-based techniques to help clients manage stress while also providing psychoeducation on the stress cycle.
It is important to have a clear understanding of our nervous system and how it functions in the world. I use PVT as a means to help clients develop a greater understanding of their nervous system - utilizing body-based techniques to complement this awareness.
It is important to meet clients where they are at, as well. A variety of methods will be used to meet the clients unique needs.
